Club OS Onboarding Roadmap

## Welcome to your new software and the Club OS Community!

We are so excited to welcome you to the Club OS family. Your onboarding specialist will be working with you to make sure your account is created in a way that is customized to your business. We will be using TaskRay to manage this project which will allow you to see tasks, notifications, and follow along with the project progress. You can see the overview of onboarding steps below.

### Pre-Implementation

Before we get started with the implementation process we need to do some set up internally to ensure a smooth transition. We will spend this time setting up your account, assigning an internal team to your implementation, and preparing for the next steps.

Step 1

**

### Introductions and Discovery

It’s time to schedule your first kick off call! During this milestone, you will be planning your implementation timeline, completing your intake call, and learning more about how to use TaskRay to track the progress of the project. This is where we learn more about the details of your business operations!

Step 2

**

### Data Migration (if applicable)

If you will be coming from another software, this is when we will be tackling your data migration. Our team will work together with you to get all your data in the right place. If you are not coming from another software, this milestone will not be necessary.

Step 3

**

### System Settings and Framework

Now we will start to customize Club OS to fit your business. During this step, we will complete your web lead form configuration and integration, ensure liability language is added to the digital guest waiver, and complete your site setup. Lastly, we will ensure any integrations that you have are in working order.

Step 4

**

### Software Training

It’s getting real! Now that your account is set up, it’s time to train you and your team on all the functions of Club OS so that you can move forward confidently. Everything from follow-up settings, location settings, data insights, marketing functionality, scripting, and more. We leave no feature un-trained!

Step 5

**

### Go Live 🎉

We’ve completed your set up and training, now you are ready to go live! We will be reviewing your sales performance and activity with you to ensure that everything goes smoothly. We will also conduct any refresher training that your team may need.
